Our Mission Statement

Stiletto Strong is an event that exists to connect a community of women by providing an avenue to feature, promote, support and empower a dynamic group of women in business.

The History of Our Event

Stiletto Strong was started in 2014 by Natalie Wadinski. When Natalie opened On-Q Collision Center in 2007 with her partners Jeff Bartnik and Ed Plisch, she found that being a female in male dominated industry provided a unique set of challenges. She became passionate about women being recognized and appreciated for their abilities. She also wanted to provide a platform where other women from our community had a friendly enviornment to meet these dynamic business leaders and learn more about their business.

The first Stiletto Strong event provided a venue for 21 women to showcase their talents and business abilities.
In 2015 it grew to 27 women.

In 2016, due to large interest in showcasing their talents and abilities, the event moved to the Central Wisconsin Convention & Expo Center and hosted 64 women.

It became obvious that Stiletto Strong can serve a large purpose in our community, but who could lead such an important function.

In 2018 it was decided to give Stiletto Strong the attention it deserves. The event now has a Board of Directors, a whole new feel and a long range purpose.

We look forward to the continued growth of this event making it the premier event for connecting women within our community.
